Mochachino F-G-F-Y Frappé

I have been drinking this every morning, this week. Yes, I know the photo looks like a rhino hide, but it is delicious. Mix it up – use coconut water instead of milk, etc. I just made one with 1.5 cups of coconut water ,no almond milk and 5 spinach leaves. It all tastes good.
Espresso Frappe with Raw MochaIngredients (Guidelines – change to taste):
1 C almond milk
1/2 C coconut milk
1/4 C cacao powder
1/2 Vanilla bean scrape (or 1/4 of a whole bean)
5-6 Tatsoi leaves (or spinach)
1-2 drops coconut water
2-3 ice cubes
1 shot espresso (optional)

Put all ingredients, except ice cubes, into a high-powered blender, until well mixed. Add the ice-cubes. Blend until frothy. Pour into an insulated cup and enjoy with a straw. I keep sipping mine all morning. Makes me a nice person!
