Check-Ins

First Week Check In

Okay, I have just completed Day Seven of my challenge. I have made and eaten, at least, one vegan or raw dish a day.

I can’t say I feel all that different, physically. I have not lost any weight and I don’t have much more energy. However, even though I have barely 1.-Love-is-A-Driver-exercised (two yoga classes) I have not put on any weight and I am sleeping better. It helps that the baby has slept though the nights most of this week.

Something I have noticed, and I have no idea if it is related, is I am feeling a ton more love. I feel like I am in the beginning of a love-affair, most of the time. I like that.
